Synopsis
The military lost control of an H-bomb test in the Arctic, thermonuclear reactions cause rapid melting of ice and destruction of wildlife. The KA, a very special agent, must find the hermetic bell lost during the experiment and place it back on the nuclear warhead to neutralize the irradiating effects.
