Synopsis

Metal Slug XX is part of the long-running side-scrolling shooter series. This is a revised version of Metal Slug 7. The Peregrine Falcons, Marco, Eri, Clark, Tarma, Fio and Ralf, run and run again in colorful hand-drawn levels, throwing grenades, driving vehicles and slashing enemies.

Metal Slug XX includes various features for single-player play: a battle school that allows players to return to previously completed missions while completing various objectives; a POW list which shows how many prisoners were saved in each level; and leaderboards for solo play. Players can also cooperate in Ad-Hoc while taking down hordes of humorous enemies using familiar weapons in seven distinct levels that will see our heroes traverse deserts, mountains, caves and lava pits to finally put an end to their long-time enemy.

This revised version includes additional content, including co-op multiplayer and downloadable content, as well as the character of Leona Heidern.
