Synopsis

Metro Blitz is a single-screen side-scrolling shooter where you pilot a spaceship to protect a massive city below from wave after wave of alien attacks. To destroy the city, the aliens emerge from the edges of the screen and crash into it, partially destroying it. If the name “Metro-Blitz” disappears from under the city, the game is lost. To repel the aliens, shoot them relentlessly while avoiding touching them or touching the edges of the screen, otherwise you will lose a life (out of ten). To move on to the next wave, survive until a life bar decreases. You can choose your starting wave (from 1 to 24) on the title screen.
