Synopsis
Third Kemco game starring Mickey Mouse and the only one not released on the Game Boy. Capcom obtained the Disney rights for Nintendo video games in the US just before its release, the game was changed at the last minute with a new character and new cutscenes under the name Kid Klown in Night Mayor World.
Mickey sells balloons to buy Minnie a birthday present when Pluto tells him that Minnie can't wake up. He and Donald not being able to wake her up, Mickey decides to go look for her in her dreams.
