Synopsis

Eleven athletics events are recreated in this controller racing game. Five of them are races of varying distances, ranging from 100 to 1500 meters. Unlike Daley Thompson's decathlon, the longer events do not require any special technique or different performance measures, making the 1500 meters particularly grueling. There are also three throwing events (javelin, discus and hammer), as well as high jump, long jump and triple jump events. Each event has a predefined world record to beat.
