The board is designed for 386DX processors (typically clocked at 33 MHz or 40 MHz) and includes a dedicated 80387 math co-processor socket. Its expansion layout is standard for the era, utilizing eight 16-bit ISA slots. Memory management is quite flexible, with eight 30-pin SIMM sockets supporting up to 32 MB of FPM DRAM, and a sophisticated L2 cache pool that can accommodate up to 128 KB or 256 KB of high-speed SRAM in a write-back configuration.
