Synopsis

Momotarou Collection 2 is a compilation of two games from the Momotarou franchise: Momotarou Densetsu Gaiden & Momotarou Dengeki 2.

Momotarou Densetsu Gaiden is a role-playing game released for the Game Boy. It tells stories from Japanese folklore. Here you have the opportunity to control one of the three characters in the story: Yashahime, the daughter of the king of the underworld, Binbougami, the infamous thief and Urashima, the legendary sinner who became friends with the dragon clan after saving a turtle. Choosing one of its characters launches you into an adventure of its own. On the program: exploring villages, caves and dungeons, gathering information from NPCs, as well as turn-based combat that improves your character's statistics.

Momotarou Dengeki: Momotaro Thunderbolt 2 for Game Boy is the sequel to the side-scrolling action/platform game that invites you to control a hero from Japanese folklore. In this opus, the avatar can once again transform into an animal to gain agility and abilities. The fishing throw, still in use, allows you to defeat enemies and win a lot of money if used correctly. This second part improves visual rendering and gaming comfort with a more flexible and better designed camera.
