Synopsis

Moon Buggy is a clone of the Moon Patrol game. The player plays the commander of the lunar base, on patrol in the ATMB (All Terrain Moon Buggy). An alien attack has breached the base's outer defenses and the player must ensure that this incursion is stopped.nnnnThe game features flying saucers that drop bombs, craters that must be blown up, rocks that must be exploded, missiles, tanks and land mines. The buggy moves from left to right on the screen, it can accelerate, decelerate, fire missiles and jump, but it cannot move backwards. Points are scored for enemies destroyed and distance traveled. The game records the five best scores of the game session.
