Synopsis

Mr Doo is a variation of the arcade game Mr. Do! which makes some modifications to the original design. The player controls a wizard who must collect cherries and avoid various monsters. Unlike the arcade game, the monsters do not chase the player but move in a straight line and only change direction when reaching a block. Monsters can be killed by throwing a magic bouncing ball or dropping apples at them. The magic balls do not recharge in this version but instead the player starts with five of them. Other differences include that apples cannot be pushed and that there are no letter monsters. There are special tiles that add puzzle-solving elements to the game. There are electrical cables that kill the player on contact, bombs that explode when triggered, and sliders that push the wizard across the screen. The game can be personalized and it is possible to deactivate special tiles as well as monsters and apples. There is also an option to play levels in normal, random, or reverse order. In total, the game contains 60 levels and a built-in editor can be used to modify them or create new ones.
