Synopsis

My Merry May is the first game in a planned (but unfinished) trilogy, originally released for the Dreamcast in 2002, followed by a PlayStation 2 port later that year. The story revolves around Kyousuke Watarase, a high school student, who one day received a strange package. In this package was Reu, an android Artificial Intelligence in the form of a young girl who ended up living with him under the guise of being his sister.

The game plays like a typical visual novel romance that includes on-screen text reading over background illustrations and character sprites that appear in different poses and gestures, but are not animated. Aside from the main characters, all the heroines have full voice acting. Player choices allow the story to branch into one of several endings, some focusing on your relationship with a specific heroine.
