Synopsis
It is a horse racing betting simulation, allowing users connected to the Internet to bet on races from home. The service lasted for a year and a half: the Shouei system went bankrupt and closed the service on October 1, 2000 at 5:00 p.m. (JST). The game may also be a standalone horse racing simulator, but this is unconfirmed.
