NASCAR 2005 : Chase for the Cup
Synopsis
Four new racing series have been added this year; In addition to the NEXTEL Cup cars, players can compete in the Featherlite Modified, Craftsman Truck, Nascar National (Busch), or Production Car series. Each type of car has its own characteristics and offers a different experience on the track. Rivalries and confrontations between real pilots are brought into the game thanks to the improved rivalries and alliances system. Computer drivers will remember whether you are driving fair or unfair, and will return the favor. The new Intimidator feature allows you to destabilize an opponent by getting behind them and putting pressure on them.
In the "Fight to the Top" mode, players can follow their driver's career starting in the Modified series and working their way up through the ranks of NASCAR.
