Synopsis
Konami's second attempt at NBA basketball features all the bells and whistles of the 1998 title, plus new motion capture, an icon passing system, on-the-fly play calls, and updated rosters and stats for the 1998/1999 NBA season.
A new three-point shooting contest is included in addition to Exhibition, Season, Playoffs and All-Star modes.
All this accompanied by the voice of Chicago Bulls commentator Ray Clay.
