Synopsis

Neo 21 is a casino game focused exclusively on Blackjack.
3 game modes are available: Casino Mode, Original Mode and VS Mode.
The game correctly handles all actions permitted in Blackjack.
The aim of the game is to be as close as possible to 21 without exceeding this score (the Ace is worth 1 or 11, the figures 10 and the rest the value indicated)
The gameplay is a game of Blackjack with all the options available (Draw a "hit" card, Pass "Stand", Double the bet "double down" and Split "Split")

The games are either 1 against 1 or against the AI which plays the dealer, or against a player using the NGP cable link, with one of the players as dealer.
