Synopsis

Slip into the world of dreams and fly to the purely imaginary world of Nightopia. Playing as an imaginary character named NiGHTS, you will fly through the rich and vibrant universe of Nightopia, a place where dreams come true. Thanks to the use of the Wii Remote, NiGHTS will be able to glide, twirl or describe circles to move through a multitude of dreamlike worlds but also face the Nightmarens who threaten Nightopia. In this "gliding" action game, unique in its kind, it's up to you to find the right rhythm to allow NiGHTS to perform its ultra acrobatic figures. The more rings you guide NiGHTS through, the more combos you will perform. Become one with him to overcome all obstacles and complete the missions that will ultimately allow him to save Nightopia from the Nightmarens. A true first for Wii, NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams will personalize certain aspects of the game based on information from the Wii Weather Channel and the actual weather where you are. If your Wii console is connected to the Internet and you have activated the WiiConnect24 function, the My Dream area of ​​NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams will then be available. My Dream is a customizable environment where you have complete freedom to move around. In this area, you can capture, breed, and even combine the inhabitants (called A-Life) of the world of Nightopia to generate weather effects in real time. For example, if the forecast calls for clear, sunny weather, the sun will also shine in a cloudless sky in the My Dream environment. Using NiGHTS' acrobatic abilities in Story Mode, you will be able to capture A-Life creatures and bring them into your My Dream space. This environment will evolve depending on how you take care of your A-Life. During the game, NiGHTS will also wear different masks. Each of these masks transforms the character, helping him to better negotiate obstacles by transforming him into a rocket or a dolphin. Finally, added to all this is the possibility of playing NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams using the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection and thus facing other players in fights or races through Nightopia.
