Synopsis

Omega is generally considered the first roguelike game (CRPG dungeon crawler with top-down or isometric graphics and a high degree of randomness; Rogue and NetHack are examples) with a traditional plot. In this game, you play as an earthling who has been transported to another world by Project Omega (this part of the plot is explained in the intro). You attempt to become an Adept, a person of immense power who follows the Buddhist principles of the Lords of Omega, by completing a series of quests.
