Synopsis

Operation Fireball is a side-scrolling, top-down shoot'em up. The screen constantly scrolls from left to right as you use different means of transportation to reach a base and destroy a submarine. Between each vehicle, a short animation accompanies the passage to the next one. Available means of transportation are car, speedboat, ski, motorcycle and helicopter. You must shoot and avoid enemies, whether in vehicles or on skis, and navigate around obstacles such as rocks, oil slicks and trees. Helicopters fly over the area and drop bombs, while missiles, launched from right to left, can only be dodged. Each impact reduces your shield gauge, while impacts refill it. If it empties completely, the game is over.
