Synopsis

In Operation Whirlwind, you take command of an armored battalion during World War II, with the mission to capture a heavily defended city within a time limit. You coordinate different unit types, secure terrain, overcome natural obstacles, and react to hidden threats such as minefields and surprise enemy deployments. Each turn is divided into several phases: preparation, movement, combat and high-risk assaults. These phases require excellent situational awareness, rigorous planning and great adaptability. Victory or defeat depends on your ability to effectively manage limited information, ammunition and time in the complex and stressful context of war.
