Synopsis

Osman is a side-scrolling action platform game produced by Mitchell Corp. unofficial sequel to Strider. Yotsui directed both titles.

Unlike Strider's futuristic Kazakh-Soviet setting, Osman takes place in a neon-lit cyberpunk Arab setting, while Strider Hiryu is replaced by a Middle Eastern protagonist named Kirin who fights without any weapons. at Capcom after Strider.

It is the end of the 21st century and the world has come under the control of a single federal government. One day, a new threat known as Abdullah the Slaver appears, causing widespread terror and panic. The fear in the hearts of men encourages the abandonment of all economic activity. The federal government, which is the foundation of capitalism and modern civilization, has become nothing less than an insidious idea that corrupts the foundations of society itself. It destroys idiosyncrasies and variations between national viewpoints, stifling them in the name of "freedom" and its own internal ideals.

Only the director of judicial affairs, Jack Layzon, grasped the situation, fearing the worst. He summons the only assassin who had mastered the 'secret style'...
