Synopsis

In Over the Net, you can play volleyball matches in 1, 3 or 5 sets, with each set won by the first player to reach 15 points. Teams include the Rollers, CoCo, the Beach Boys (obvious pun in their name), and the Internal Geniases. The action is seen from the side, with the entire field visible. When the button is not pressed, joystick movements move your player in that direction; when it is, he tries to hit the ball in that direction. Like in real volleyball, the ball that hits the ground on your side of the net, or goes out of bounds without bouncing, costs you a point.
