Synopsis
Over Top on Neo Geo is a racing game offering 8 vehicles (Hummer, Ferrari, Motorcycle...) which compete in various environments (city, desert, countryside...). The objective is to complete races before the timer reaches zero. Turns are indicated by arrows and the player can use a radar, particularly to find shortcuts.
