Synopsis

Parodying Gradius and all games of the genre, Parodius is a shoot'em up on Turbografx. You have a choice of four flying creatures and objects, and must navigate levels from the side, shooting at anything that moves. The parodic aspect replaces futuristic, tragic universes with fanciful enemies and colorful worlds.
