Synopsis

Party Quiz Mega Q is a trivia game for the Sega MegaDrive released exclusively in Japan in 1993. The game is presented as a game where you answer questions to earn points. Each of the four buttons (A, B, C and any button on the D-pad) corresponds to a response. Just press a button to make your choice. In case of an incorrect answer you lose points.
