Synopsis

Peperon Mura no Shiki aka Valmaison over the seasons is a various game, published by NHK, released in Japan in 1995.
The game is made of animated images with naive and precise graphics designed by Japanese designer Mitsumasa Anno, a former schoolteacher. Valmaison is an ideal little village, somewhere in Europe, which can be explored in various ways: the labyrinth which appears on the initial screen offers four paths. The child can observe the village in a specific season, go inside the buildings, shape their own village from a base of drawings or put into action the rhythm of the seasons and events that mark the Valmaison calendar: festivals, games, sowing, storms, etc.
