Synopsis

PGA Tour 96 for Game Boy is the second and final installment in the EA Sports golf game series on Nintendo's portable console, following PGA European Tour. Compared to other versions, it offers a different selection of game modes, golfers and licensed courses, and also has its own style of graphical presentation.

The game includes five licensed courses: Avenel, Woodlands, Scottsdale, Summerlin and Sawgrass. The game modes available are Practice, Tournament, and Skins Challenge. Up to two players can play, with any combination of human and AI players. Two human players can take turns playing on a Game Boy and it's also possible to watch AI players play alone.
