Synopsis

In the future, humanity has successfully colonized Mars. However, the colonists eventually wanted to break free from control of Earth, which started a war. Martian colonists used armored combat androids in battles. An uneasy truce is eventually reached, but the Martian economy is severely damaged by the war and the planet becomes de facto dependent on Earth for survival.
Six months later, a young private detective from Tokyo, Ryuichi, and his assistant, the android Leyla, are contacted by the colonel of the former colonial army of Mars. It appears someone stole documents containing top military secrets and disappeared with them. Ryuichi is tasked with finding this man, whom he knew well during the war years...
