Synopsis

As with the original, it's a mix of strategy, action and adventure. Pirates! Gold lets you take on the role of a rookie buccaneer in the 17th century Spanish Main, seeking fame and fortune. Each town in this wild and untamed region holds different surprises and dangers.

How you gain stature is up to you; You can make a living through honest trading and searching for hidden treasures, or you can be a little more daring and attack and pillage ships. Since you can choose a specific skill to stand out, the game can vary each time. Sword fights take place in side-view action sequences.
