Plus Alpha is a vertical scrolling shooter with colorful and childish graphics. But be careful, don't be fooled by appearances! Some people don't like these kinds of games, but you have to differentiate between childish graphics and childish gameplay. Plus Alpha never feels like a kid's game: it's incredibly fun and, unlike other games with similar graphics, it's very difficult to complete.
