Synopsis

Pocket Golf is a golf game for Game Boy (Pocket) that uses only top-down perspective for long distance shots and putts. The game supports single-player mode which allows you to test your skills against an AI player in a 1v1 match or tournament, and 2-player mode via Link Cable which allows you to compete against each other in match play or stroke play mode. While the golf course takes up most of the screen, the right side shows your character and the power you use to hit the ball, as well as an overview of the current hole, or wind direction, the selected club, and a terrain type your ball is currently on.
