Synopsis

Pogo Joe is a very similar game to Q*Bert, although it has enough differences to be considered more than just a clone. Like Q*Bert, the player changes the color of the object they land on (here, barrels instead of cubes) until the entire level is colored. Additionally, the levels can take other shapes than a pyramid. There are enemies to avoid, and the barrels' properties vary as well. Instead of the discs Q*Bert uses to escape opponents, the player has a super jump and specific colored barrels to clear enemies from the screen.
