Synopsis

The game has a single-player mode where the player can practice and improve their mahjong skills against computer-controlled opponents. Multiplayer mode allows players to play against other players using the Nintendo 64's connection. Players can also customize their own character by choosing their appearance and attributes.

The gameplay of Pro Mahjong Kiwame 64 follows the traditional rules of Japanese mahjong, where players must form pairs of matching tiles to score points. The player can win by forming pairs of tiles using specific tile combinations. Combinations include number sequences, triples and identical pairs.
