Synopsis

Pro Yakyuu Satsujin Jiken! is a parody of the abundance of "visual novel" adventure games and baseball simulators on the Famicom, particularly the annual Pro Yakyuu Family Stadium releases. The player plays a professional baseball player wrongly accused of a murder and must solve the case while on the run. Capcom added various additional modes to the game, such as mini-games and a shoot-'em-up sequence that triggers whenever the protagonist is caught by the police.
