Synopsis

Psycho Chaser is a pedestrian shooter. Like Pocky & Rocky or Rambo III, you see your character from above in a vertical shootout. This time, you play as a robot.
You have a choice of shooting modes, which you can change at will by pressing the second button - the first is for strafing, of course. Each of the four weapons at your disposal has its own specific capabilities, most notably the angle of fire. Indeed, waves of enemies come at you from all sides, and using the right shot will often be your only salvation.
Between levels, you gain experience points that allow you to increase the power of your weapons, in the manner of an RPG.
