Synopsis

Puffy and his girlfriend Puffyn, coincidentally named, are trapped in an alien world full of threats, traps and surprises. By taking control of one or the other (Puffy is more powerful but Puffyn moves faster), you must find your way.

Puffy's Saga is an overhead maze game that features a fun twist on Gauntlet. Each of the 20 levels has a quota of points to reach before the level is completed. These levels are populated by enemies who surround you and reduce your energy on contact. The meat restores you 100 energy points each time - this total can exceed its starting level of 500. You are armed with a gun, which not only kills enemies, but also turns many of them into edible appetizers that restore your energy.

Keys must be collected and used to open doors. Magic Goms allow you to use a card or a fire thrower. Other bonuses available include invincibility periods and teleportation.
