Synopsis

Puyo Pop Fever is a falling block puzzle game where the goal is to eliminate your blocks (Puyos) by combining four or more of the same color, which will then disappear. This will produce harmful Puyos. These colorless Puyos will fall onto your opponents' screen, blocking any chains and combos they could create. These harmful Puyos can only be eliminated by removing neighboring Puyos.nnnnWhen an opponent sends harmful Puyos onto your screen, you can try to "compensate" by eliminating your own Puyos and limiting the number of ones that would land on your screen. This will also increase your fever gauge. When this gauge is full, you receive a set of predefined Puyos with which you can perform giant combos and send tons of damaging Puyos at your opponent. When a player's field is so full that they can no longer land Puyos, they lose the game.
