Synopsis

After defeating Shub-Niggurath, you return to your base on Earth, but it's not all blue skies and butterflies. Apparently, not all of QUAKE's forces have been contained. Chaos ensues as you fight your way through QUAKE's minions and towards the infested door. Your only choice is to find the source of the evil and stop it. Without any hesitation, and with more courage than common sense, you launch yourself into a portal to an unknown destination.
