Synopsis

Quick Step is a competitive game where a kangaroo and a squirrel compete by jumping on trampolines scrolling down the screen. Trampolines appear gray, turn pink when active, then change to the color of the player jumping on them (green for the kangaroo, blue for the squirrel). Jumping on a pink trampoline earns 3 points, and when a trampoline of your color disappears at the bottom of the screen, you earn 6 points. Falling off-screen causes you to lose a life, and the game ends when one of the players has no more; whoever has the most points wins.

Bonuses add spice: a white trampoline hides a magic hat allowing you to paralyze your opponent by jumping on his square. Each player also has 6 traps to make a trampoline disappear and hinder the other. The levels gradually accelerate, and end with a single column of rapid trampolines to climb, requiring reflexes and precision.
