Synopsis

The player controls a spaceship on a dot grid and can move around the screen and shoot in all eight directions. Hordes of mutants appear at the base of the screen and slowly advance upwards and must be hit before reaching the upper side, otherwise the game is instantly lost. Along the bottom and two side edges are three laser cannons, in the style of the better known Gridrunner, which follow the spaceship and fire beams of rays upwards and horizontally; a single beam is harmless, but if the spacecraft is stuck in the intersection zone between a horizontal beam and a vertical beam, a life is lost. In the event of a collision with a mutant, only 1/10 of the life energy is lost and the mutant is destroyed. As you progress through the game, other types of enemies appear that fire rockets from the edges.
