Synopsis

Rainbow Islands - The Story of Bubble Bobble 2 is the sequel to the legendary Bubble Bobble - released a year earlier - where one to two players (who, unlike 'Bubble Bobble' do not play simultaneously) play the role of Bub and Bob, who have regained their original human form after their success in Bubble Bobble. They were asked on their return to rescue Rainbow Island from the many enemies who took possession of the island in their absence.

Bub and Bob have the power to create rainbows. This ingenious accessory is both a weapon (which can imprison enemies and kill them instantly, by crossing them or dropping the rainbow on them), a way to collect bonuses and gems, or an ephemeral platform to reach inaccessible places of the level. The goal is to reach the top of the level before the end of the allotted time.

This platform game is a pure success, to try without hesitation.
