Synopsis

Rattler is a single screen top view version of the game Snake. You have to direct a snake there that is constantly moving at right angles. The goal is to eat as many eggs as possible which appear one by one to access the next level through an opening in the wall at the top of the screen. You must eat an egg within a given time, otherwise another egg is added to your total. The more eggs you eat, the more you grow. If you touch yourself, if you hit the exterior walls or, in more advanced levels, the interior walls, you lose one life out of three. Before you start, you can choose your difficulty level (from 0 to 4) and the number of ball bounces (from 0 to 4). If a bullet hits your head, you lose a life.
