Synopsis

Rebel Charge at Chickamauga is a tactical simulation of the South's last major offensive during the American Civil War.

The game uses an enhanced version of SSI's Gettysburg gameplay system and is played over 13 rounds, each representing two hours of real time over a two-day period. Players receive points based on losses and territorial objectives. At the end of each round and at the end of the game, points are calculated and compared to a table that determines your victory level. The game can be played under three different sets of rules (basic, intermediate and advanced) and can be played against another person or the computer can play both sides.
