Synopsis

Red Arms is a doujin-style vertical-scrolling Shoot 'em up in which you control a small ship that blasts its way through waves of enemies as you ascend through space and mechanical settings plagued by shots and obstacles. The gameplay is based on reacting quickly to increasingly dense projectile patterns, efficiently using the shot and power upgrades dropped by some enemies, and surviving until the end-of-stage bosses, which fill the screen with bullets and require millimeter-precise movement.
