Synopsis
Rewrite is a visual novel set in the quiet, forest-surrounded city of Kazamatsuri, where high schooler Kotarou Tennouji possesses a mysterious ability to “rewrite” his own body, enhancing his physical traits at a cost. After joining the occult research club, he becomes entangled in a hidden conflict between environmentalist factions, supernatural beings, and an organization seeking humanity's survival at any price. As different story routes unfold, Kotarou grows closer to each heroine, uncovering deeper layers of the world's impending collapse. Blending romance, urban fantasy, and apocalyptic science fiction, Rewrite explores evolution, sacrifice, and humanity's fragile relationship with the planet.
