Synopsis

Rex Ronan: Experimental Surgeon is an educational game that warns of the dangers of smoking.

Jake Westboro is a man who has everything going for him: a wife, a child and a house in the suburbs. He also has a job at the Blackburn Tobacco Company where he has been employed since he was 15. From smoking, Jake dies. Rex Ronan, experimental surgeon will enter Jake's body to remove tartar, tar, nicotine, precancerous cells and other infections. During his intervention, he will be confronted with the microscopic robots of the tobacco company who want to kill Jack. Armed with his rifle and his tight pink jumpsuit, Rex sets off to explore Jake's sick body.

The game itself consists of time-limited platform sequences where you will have to clean the infected parts of the body with the laser while eliminating numerous robots. Small bombs "question about the effects of tobacco" are placed in the different levels where each correct answer will detonate the charge and kill all the robots on the screen. Your weapon evolves according to various bonuses recoverable in the different levels. Between the platform phases there are vessel passages to circulate in the arteries, bronchi, lungs, etc...
