Synopsis

The objective of the game is to find the hourglass on each level and then teleport. When you do this, you will receive the password to the next level. (You can then go directly to this level by pressing the P key and giving the password.) The ultimate goal is to complete all five levels in a row, thus obtaining the total score of 100% and discovering the secret message. To jump, you need to press the Squish button and then let go. How high you jump depends on how much you crush. You can also jump to the left or right by pressing the Roll Left or Roll Right button when leaving the ground. You can practice the moves before you start playing by pressing SHIFT-SPACE. Your energy level (bar on the right of the screen) increases by eating food by walking on it and pressing the Pick Up/Drop button. Items can be used to remove obstacles blocking your path. Keys open doors, which disappear, but the keys remain; some can open more than one door. You can hold a maximum of two items (including keys) at a time. Look for secret passages, especially in the later levels.
