Synopsis

Rings of Medusa is a strategy game with role-playing and business simulation elements. Set in a medieval kingdom, the game puts the player in control of the son of the former king. Unfortunately, an evil witch called Medusa has taken control of the country and now dominates the people. The prince's task is to find five magic rings that will give him the power to overthrow the witch and reclaim his inheritance. At first, the hero will try to earn money by trading between different cities, or by trying his luck hunting for bounties or treasures. Once he has earned enough money to support a larger army, the prince will send his men in search of the rings which are in the possession of large armies of soldiers of fortune rallying the lands. Sometimes the player is taken into action scenes of sword fighting or sea combat, or controls an army on the battlefield.
