Trama

Rise of the Dragon è un gioco di avventura in prima persona. La grafica del gioco ricorda quella di un fumetto, con foto digitalizzate degli attori e sfondi dipinti a mano. A differenza della maggior parte degli altri giochi di avventura dell'epoca, si basa meno su enigmi di inventario che su scelte specifiche fatte dal giocatore. Il gioco ha un orologio interno e chiede al giocatore di pianificare i movimenti del protagonista in anticipo per essere nel posto giusto al momento giusto. I dialoghi a scelta multipla vengono utilizzati come strumento di gioco; una scelta sbagliata spesso porta alla fine prematura dell'avventura.
