Synopsis

River Raid is a vertical scrolling shoot'em up. You control a fighter plane and must destroy a vital bridge for your enemy. The river you are flying over is heavily guarded by enemy tanks, helicopters and planes that will try to stop you. Along the way, you will have to fly over fuel storages in order to refuel and continue flying.
Ammunition is unlimited, you can destroy enemy vehicles, bridges but also fuel storages. Collisions with river banks and vehicles are fatal.
