Synopsis

In Robin of the Wood, you play as the outlaw Robin, whose mission is to recover the legendary Silver Arrow, offered by the Sheriff of Nottingham as bait for a major archery competition. To participate, you must first obtain the equipment from a forest spirit – if you can afford it. You wander the forest, collecting purses or persuading wealthy nobles to make a “donation”. Along the way, you encounter allies like the hermit, who heals you if you don't attack him, and enemies such as Norman soldiers, the Sheriff himself, witches and wild boars. Armed with a sword and a bow, you must survive these trials, collect gold and finally participate in the competition to win the Silver Arrow.
