Rogue Legacy 2 is a genealogical rogue-LITE. This means that it has all the attributes of a typical roguelike (random runs, character switching, etc.).

In this game, it's your heritage that defines you. Spend your parents' inheritance and expand the family mansion to give your children a better fighting chance. Every child is unique, with their own traits and abilities. Your daughter could be an archer. She might also be a vegetarian. Rogue Legacy 2 also lets you play the way you want.
